Increasingly, professionals aren’t being sold tools—they’re being enticed into “products” that siphon their time, money and data.

We need to respond to the visual culture this has created.

As visual culture at large has evolved, B2B SaaS products generally lag behind. This creates an opportunity for us to speak to what our target audience is feeling in a way that the competition isn’t.

A smiling picture is no longer proof of life. People know a pretty portrait is the easiest thing for an AI model to generate and they don’t trust it anymore.

Turn down the noise. Turn up the craft.

Sellers work lives have become too noisy and distracting. Their tools have become their jobs. We need to show a new world that is human, calm, joyful and centered on their craft.

Generative AI has made visual polish so cheap that taste and genuine voice have become extremely rare.
